Discounts / promotional offers
First-session offer: a 60-minute introductory session at ¥5,000 (vs. the standard ¥10,000 Drop-in Session rate). Founding-client rate, available to new clients only and may be discontinued or modified at any time.
Accepted payment methods
Credit card (processed by Stripe) and PayPay.
Payment period
All payments are processed online before the session. Career Partner Plan: billed automatically at the start of each month via Stripe. Drop-in Sessions: a Stripe payment link is sent at booking and is due within 24 hours to confirm your spot.
Delivery / service provision timing
Sessions (75 minutes) are provided online or in-person at the reserved date and time.

Career Partner Plan — Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access to any remaining sessions in that month. First-month refund: if requested within 24 hours of the first month's payment AND no sessions have been taken, a full refund is available; after that, the current month is non-refundable, and no future charges apply once cancelled. Rescheduling individual sessions is allowed up to 24 hours before start time. Drop-in Sessions — Free reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Cancel more than 48 hours before: full refund minus a ¥500 administrative fee. Cancel 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. Cancel within 24 hours of start time, or no-show: no refund. Free 30-minute discovery calls can be cancelled or rescheduled at any time at no charge.
Defective service / operational issues
If a session cannot be delivered due to our system or operational failure, contact support and we will provide a full refund or a free make-up session.
