About Kevin
I'm an American living and working in Tokyo. For more than twelve years I've worked in education, HR, and people development — onboarding, training, and supporting professionals from around the world, building teams, and supporting people who work across languages, cultures, and expectations.
I started Collier Consulting because most language training and corporate training doesn't connect to real work: generic drills, generic case studies, and nothing you can use the next day. Everything I offer — coaching, workshops, career support — is built around the meetings you actually have, the teams you actually lead, and the decisions you're actually facing. I know what a good version looks like in your world, not just whether the English is correct.
